Butler is located in the southwest corner of the state of Alabama. It is 40 miles from Meridian, Mississippi, 145 miles from Montgomery, Alabama and 111 miles from Mobile, Alabama. Butler's community is a reflection of a typical southern town, with all of it's amenities around the beautiful county courthouse. Butler is strategically placed on the crossroads of U.S. Highway 17 and 10.
